“South of the Border” is at #50 and “Rodeo” Re-Enters on the Billboard Hot 100 at #74

Cardi B may not have released no new music as of yet in 2020, but her features from last year have definitely been getting some spins. As of this week, “South of the Border” did drop one spot off on Billbaord as it was at #49 last week.

Though some good news from this week on Billboard, Cardi’s feature with Lil Nas X has re-entered the Billboard Hot 100. Though, this may be due to the new Nas feature that was released back in January.

Cardi B’s “Press” Still the BIGGEST Debut for a Female Rap Solo Song

Cardi B’s most highly anticipated single “Press,” was and still is the highest and biggest debut for a female rap solo song to be on the Billboard Hot 100 within the past eight years. Press was released last year on May 19th. After so many fans has been asking for the song when it was just a previewed snippet song on the social media platform Instagram.

At the time when it did debut on Billboard it was not released with a music video and radio deal. The music video for the song eventually did come on June 26th of last year.
