[BLOG STATUS]: Happy Birthday, Missy Elliott!

Happy Birthday, Missy Elliott!

Happy Birthday to one of my favorite female rappers, Missy Elliott! Missy is a female rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, actress and philanthropist.

She is a 4X Grammy Award winning rapper, and was the best-selling female rapper according to Billboard in 2017. She became the first female rapper inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and received the MTV VMAs Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award for her impact on the music video landscape!

Missy Elliott is a both a good friend Cardi and also an inspiration and influence on Cardi and tons of other female rappers and music artists. Missy still is a force to be reckon with and that her importance in Hip-Hop should not be underestimated.

We love you Missy, and we hope that you have had a great birthday! ❤️🎂🎉
