THOUGHTS ON “PLEASE ME”

Well, let’s just cut straight to the chase, Cardi and Bruno has made a truly formidable, totally kicka** team. Case in point, the remix of Mars’ “Finesse,” which arrived in 2018.  This time, Cardi B seems to be the headliner, even though “Please Me” is attributed to both artists, which also both happen to be signed to Atlantic.

The results are nothing short of stellar! Cardi B raps on both verses, exhibiting a compelling flow, while Mars was able to deliver a smooth, high-flying vocals on the ‘irresistibly good’ chorus. Really, can you go wrong with Cardi B and Bruno Mars team up? NO! As mentioned, this a formidable, kicka** pairing who continue to show how superb they are on “Please Me.” Both musicians excel in their respective roles with this great love and sexy song. I’m sure a lot of BardiGang would love to see Cardi and Bruno team up once again!
