“Me Gusta” has debuted at #90 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100!

Anitta makes HISTORY as she becomes the FIRST female Brazilian Funk artist to chart on the Billboard Hot 100! This is also the FIRST Brazilian Funk song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100!

It’s the newest Brazilian Funk song to have it’s first Billboard Hot 100 entry in United States. The first Reggaeton song to make it to onto the Hot 100 was from 15 years ago in 2004, “Oi Me Canto” by N.O.R.E which peaked at No. 12 for the Billboard Hot 100.

Cardi B becomes the female rapper to now have the most monthly listeners on Spotify, with now accumulating 46.5 MILLION listeners this ends up surpassing Nicki Minaj who has 46 million listeners.

This comes from the success of releasing just one song “WAP”, which is now a month old as it released on August August 7th. Since the release of “WAP”, Cardi has accumulated over 20 MILLION new monthly listeners! Also as a reminder, Cardi’s monthly listeners DO NOT include her features, “Taki Taki,” “Girls Like You,” & other big collabs that she’s done.

Cardi B now makes HISTORY having the LONGEST CHARTING female rap album of ALL TIME! It is now the longest charting female rap album of ALL TIME with 124 weeks on the Billboard 200, surpassing Nicki Minaj’s “The Pink Print”.

We are FINALLY getting some new music! Our time is HERE! Just a few moments ago, Cardi has announced a new collab with Megan thee Stallion! This will mark the first time the two rappers has worked together. The song will be released on Friday!
